Use this page to review the operating terms for orders, delivery, support, and after-sales requests.

The payment methods, currency, taxes, and charges currently available are displayed during checkout. An order proceeds only after payment authorization.

Payment providers may approve, decline, review, or place a temporary authorization hold on a transaction. Supply accurate billing details and contact the issuing institution for decline or hold questions.

We do not request complete card numbers, passwords, or verification codes through customer support. After approval, a refund is processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; posting time may take longer.
