Processing and transit

Routine order preparation takes approximately 1–2 business days before dispatch. The expected carrier transit period after shipment is 4–6 business days for supported Canadian delivery areas. These periods are separate and are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking is supplied when available. Weather, carrier congestion, holidays, address corrections, and events outside our control may extend the estimate. For a delay, loss, damage, or incorrect delivery status, provide the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and relevant photos.
